I had some ingredients left over from my last recipe, so I threw together these jalapeño poppers!
Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

- 1 Laughing Cow Wedge

- 1 TBS of Scallions, chopped

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice jalapenos in half. Remove seeds and membrane.
- Mix scallion, cheese, and Laughing Cow wedge.
- Spoon mixture into the peppers.
- Slice bacon and/or ham in half. Wrap each pepper in half of the slice and secure with a toothpick.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
